These pictures were taken and shared with the web by
Arrin Holt.
They were taken in summer 1998 &
depict 521744, the CO’s vehicle (I was the gunner for 3 CO’s actually) from C
Co., 4th LAR Bn. It was almost exactly the same as the vehicles used in Desert
Storm. We were in the process of changing the vision blocks to the laser
protection type & adding the “new to us” thermal sights when I took the photos.
