Lancer C, Romania's upgraded MiG-21.
The Romanian company Aerostar together with ELBIT from Israel are the main contractors to upgrade Romania's ageing MiG-21 fleet. The -C model is the air-to-air variant, the -A/-B models being the single seater and double seater air-to-ground variants.
Pictures were taken at Konya AB, Turkey, during NATO Air Meet 04.
