M1025 Armament Carrier Humvee belonging to the 105th military police NG out of Buffalo, NY.

Notice the racks in the middle; those are the ammo racks for the 40mm and .50 Cal ammo boxes.
The mounts to the right of that are for the .50 Cal and 40mm Machine guns when not mounted on top.
